• We Politely Guide Guests to Their Seats. There’s always a group that lingers outside or waits in line at the bar during important moments like your grand entrance. We step in to gently but firmly usher everyone into the reception hall, so: You and your partner can enjoy a quiet moment before your reveal, your entrance photos are clean and free of distractions, and everyone is present and focused for your first dance or big announcement.

• We Secure Your Gifts and Cards. Before cleanup begins, we make sure your cards and gifts are moved to a secure location or handed off to a trusted family member. You won’t have to worry about anything getting lost in the post-party shuffle.

• We Stay on Top of Every Vendor. From florists to photographers, we make sure your vendors are supported, on schedule, and delivering their services exactly as promised. We’re constantly checking in and troubleshooting so you don’t have to.

• We Welcome and Prep Your Officiant. Whether your officiant is a professional or a loved one officiating for the first time, we greet them on arrival, confirm they’re mic’d up, and provide any final instructions or reminders to ensure a smooth ceremony.
