- A 1 hour call to assess your current plans, create or finalize your wedding day timeline, organize your processional & recessional, and establish your next steps.

- A Comprehensive Consultation.

- Vendor confirmations. We'll get in contact with all of your vendors to confirm their arrival and service start/end times.

- Venue Walkthrough. If possible we will schedule a venue walkthrough with you so we can immerse ourselves in your plan and vision!

- Table Layout Design: We'll help you develop a table layout that flows best with your wedding day plans.

- Rehearsal coordination: We will coordinate your rehearsal before the wedding day or the morning of your wedding to ensure everyone knows when to walk and where to stand.

- 10 hours of Day-of Wedding Coordination: Greeting your vendors and confirming any last minute plans, showing them the venue space and confirming expectations. Directing your guests to your gift table, guest book, and to different areas throughout the event. Cueing your DJ & wedding party to ensure an effortless and beautiful ceremony. Serving as the middleman between you and your vendors to keep things on schedule and so you can enjoy your day without having to think twice about what you should be doing at any point in time!
